Our History
For those of you who are familiar with the family, you might be wondering what happened to their other brother, Chris. Well, he’s off on a different career path–“But we promised to leave a seat open for him at the service desk or a lift open so he can install a set of tires or perform an oil change when he stops by for a visit.”
If you haven’t met them yet, stop in. They’ll be glad to assist you. From Model T’s to Power Stroke Diesels, Bob & Dave have the experience.
Meet Our Team
Michael R. DaGrosa
Michael R. DaGrosa, founder of RPM Service Center, Inc., is known to all as “Bob”. (Wait, “what?” you wonder. Long story, maybe he’ll share it with you one day). Bob, like his two younger brothers, Chris and Dave, grew up in the auto repair business started by their parents in Egg Harbor City in 1978, previously known as DaGrosa’s King Tire. Bob started his own shop in Hammonton, New Jersey in 2002 specializing in light truck repairs, diesel equipment service, differential rebuilding, performance vehicle service, and vintage car enhancements.
Dave DaGrosa
Dave DaGrosa opted to gain further experience in the auto parts industry, agricultural equipment service and repair, and electronic automotive diagnostics after high school. After their dad’s retirement in 2011, Bob relocated to the Egg Harbor City shop with Dave, while his other brother, Chris opted for another profession, bearing witness not all career paths are the same. It seemed only natural Bob and Dave would combine their talents to continue as third generation automotive repair business professionals now doing business under the moniker, DaGrosa’s RPM Service Center, Inc., of course leaving the option for Chris to join in the fun on his days off. (So far, he hasn’t taken the bait).
Ray Hess
Ray Hess is the newest member to the technician team at RPM, joining in 2021. Like Bob and Dave, Ray has a natural ability at meeting and exceeding customer needs while sharing his great sense of humor especially on tough days at work where jobs can be riddled with unexpected challenges and complications. Collectively, they make a dedicated trio working tirelessly keeping both commercial fleet account vehicles and family fleets operating safely.
Dianne Rennie
Assisting with day to day record keeping is Dianne Rennie; AKA “Mom”. When Dianne is out of the office, Bob’s daughter, Karlie, volunteers from time to time, keeping everyone on their toes.
Karlie DaGrosa
Karlie DaGrosa, Bob's daughter who helps out from time to time. She handles the office when Dianne is out of town.
